Subject:
2023 Frat Fall Rush Cheat Sheet

Poster Message:
Basic info for incoming freshman to know where they want to rush- Top to Bottom “ranks” Fiji doesn’t rush fall Sig Chi, Beta, SAE, AEPi, Pi Kapps, Phi Delt,Sammy, Phi Sig— hard to get a bid if you don’t know anyone. 1500 kids rush each every fall and only 30 get a bid. All good houses for the most part. Theta Chi, ZBT, DU- recently in trouble, may or may not return as a heathy frat. Phi Psi, Chi Phi- Middle tier in most aspects of everything, not a bad thing at all. Sig Ep- recently in trouble, will most likely be good in 1 or 2 years. Beta Sig, Lambda Chi- Been on campus for a long time, heavy emphasis on academics, sports, etc. Beta Sig starting to increase socially. Asig- Heavy hazing, heavy drinking, not a lot of academics. A DU before DU got in trouble. Fun, but dangerous. Snu, TEP- 1-2 years of decent operations and this year will be figuring out social life and where they stand. Delts- Known for bidding any kid that rushed while they were off campus, recently got their house back. Think they will jump back to delts in the 90s, doesn’t work like that really. Any other frat is either off-campus or doesn’t have a house. I would avoid rushing these, even when they say they are getting a house next year. I believe only Sig Pi is. Everyone else is up in the air. \n\n\n\n\n
