I know recruitment can be extremely overwhelming at times and after talking to so many women in different chapters, hearing different things about chapters around campus/greek rank/your friends, and having your own experiences with them it can get really hard to rank your choices or really understand how you feel about the whole process. But trust me when I say that the most important part of the process is how you feel in these conversations right now, how comfortable you feel around the girls, and the they have. When it comes down to it and you are looking back on your college years you will not be sitting there and thinking about ranks or stereotypes but instead about the genuine memories and friendships you made. Each and everyone one of these chapters have great people and each and everyone chapter has some not so great people and you will find your people where ever you go. Just go in with an open mind and be unapologetically you in every conversation you had.
