Pi Kapps will continue to be top house as long as they can beat any case. ZBT is still better than AEPi but the margin between the two is closing. Sigma Chi needs to figure out their summer rush the way Fiji does or else they might not be considered top soon. If Beta could throw better parties they could be the best house on campus. Phi Delt will never move above upper mid because they’re all out of state. Phi Sig would be middle tier without their courtyard. Theta Chi doesn’t care about their public image which only helps prove they’re a great house regardless of tier. SAE has to be more competitive this year now that no houses are in trouble. If it’s true that Lambda is getting a house renovation they could move up. On the same note, if Pike can’t keep their house after this year, they’ll fall. Delts is allowed to recharter in 2023.
