I agree I think that pnms should have to be much more educated on the process. Once you’re an active you will spend the entire year learning about this and preparing so I don’t think it makes a lot of since to send you guys in blind either. However, what I wrote about are just the recruitment rules that every school has to follow (IU was the only school internationally to not follow the NPC recruitment policies until 2016) so you could google a lot of it. Our rules changing on campus so much the past 5 years has created a lot of confusion
