Phi tau- parties are either way better than the rest of this tier or if it’s an off night, way worse... Asig- consistent decent parties, is more consistent then the rest of tier but since their house is lacking, the other houses throw the more big/lit parties a decent amount Phi psi- parties go crazy on the occasion... too bad they barely throw ragers like that Beta sig- very nice guys and decent parties... pair w more/better sororities than rest of tier
