kinda realized how most of the top tier quads are ZBT + FIJI and Pi Kapps + Sig Chi. Seems like ZBT and Fiji care more about brotherhood and just having fun whereas Pi kapps and sig chi care a lot about their reputation. All fun houses to party with but completely different types of guys.
