so ive been lifting pretty much my entire life, however, i seem to be bulking up faster than im slimming down and getting lean. what is your favorite/most effective way of losing weight? do you guys run, stair master, elliptical, row HIIT etc? also, any diet tips appreciated! gonna stop lifting as much to focus a little on slimming but focusing just on cardio is a little intimidating for me since ive always been a lifter. thank u!!
