Yes I think it’s harder to get like an upper middle to pair with a top house due to perceived statuses but I’ve seen this actually starting to happen recently where houses are saying f their tier and just having fun. Tiers literally mean nothing unless your house is bottom tier no offense, it’s just a top house probably won’t pair with you
