Top Frat: ZBT, Phi Delt, Phi Sig, Sig Chi, AEPi, Beta These are fraternities that have history on campus or throws ragers with the hottest girls on campus. If your goal in joining a fraternity are parties then rush them. Hard pledgeships. Middle: Acacia, Sig Ep, Sig Pi, Theta Chi, DU, Alpha Sig These are fraternities that value both school and parties equally. Don't always throw down but each frat here has their own shining moments. Medium pledgeships. Lower Frat: Beta Sig, Phi Tau, Phi Psi, PIKE, Lambda Newer frats that has not build their name yet or completely focused on brotherhood and academics. Easy pledgeships.
