This is the exception not the rule. Most chapters who offer their 1 or 2 snap bids already know who they want to snap. It's usually someone who is friends with a girl in the chapter and was released because that chapter could only invite a a low number to the next round. Between philanthropy and sisterhood, some chapters have to release 50% of the women they had. Most chapters will NOT be offering snap bids and if they do, you most likely will not be offered one. If you are dropping and hoping for informal, your options there are limited to 5 or 6 chapters which you may have some of them already.
