Go to the preference parties. If you still don't like one or both of them, then drop. You would still be eligible for informal. I don't think a lot of chapters will be doing snap bids and if they do, it is usually 1-3. If a chapter needs more than that to make quota, they usually do informal. Honestly, I don't see more than 4 or 5 chapter doing informal with the new quota system. It will most likely be DphiE, ASA, TPA, XO, and maybe (big maybe) AGD. Last year was an exception with so many chapters doing informal because of the XO debacle.
