Someone could legit like all three chapters, especially if those are the "best" three someone is going back to. Stop trying to make such a big difference between groups of houses. Most chapters really are more similar than they are different. I could be just as happy in about 8 other chapters than my own. There are a lot of cool girls in every chapter.
