You can love the house and all but if that’s all you like about them I would look at different chapters because they only have the house for another year so you don’t know where they’ll end up. they had a rough start to the year and built a bad rep at frats that’s why they got dropped by every one they pair with but it sounds like they’re trying to rebuild relationships and climb back up to upper bottom.
