Because they don't have a house, inhouse chapters make the effort to spend time together. ASA won a sisterhood award, pretty big since they don't all live together. There are plenty of official and unofficial events where girls get together. It may be movie nights, watching a tv show together, getting together before pairs, meeting up to study during the day - if you put effort in, you'll make friends.
