Try to think of a few things about yourself that you want to talk about. Hobbies or passions or funny stories and then try to find ways to bring them up. Not unnaturally if they don’t fit, but this really helped me when I went through recruitment because instead of just answering questions as they come at you, you already have some quality content ready to go. Recruiting on the other side, I can tell u it helps when pnms have cool stories or just unique things they’re excited to talk about because it makes them a lot easier to remember than just talking about majors and dorm life and whatever else.
