Ask girls what they love about their chapter. Why did they join? How has being in their chapter impacted them? What have they learned about themselves from being in a sorority? If you're interested in leadership roles ask about their experiences with that. If you want to have leadership experiences, but not necessarily have an elected position what types of opportunities are there? Talk about the chapter's philanthropy and about the events they do. Ask if the philanthropy has any special meaning to the person your talking to. Just a few suggestions.
