Unless we know you personally, we can’t tell you exactly why you were released from XYZ chapter. There are so many factors that go into finding a PC each year, so do NOT take it personally. In fact, most actives don’t get to know where specific PNMs rank on the chapter’s list so even a sister of that chapter can’t tell you for certain (and anyone trying to tell you they know is trying to make you feel better or is misguided). It could be GPA (even if your GPA meets the PHA threshold the chapter might have a different requirement), there could be a number of legacy PNMs they have to prioritize, they could have needed a letter of rec and maybe you didn’t have one, they could have really liked you but liked other girls with those extra things just as much, and maybe they liked you but didn’t connect with you the same way but were great recruiters. Who know? But there are SO many chapters here, you can definitely find women you click with in at least one of them.
