We work all year long on making sure we have good conversation with PNMs. And sometimes you think there is a connection and you're "clicking" with someone, but they are just being a good hostess. You may be reading more into the situation than there really was. I have had great conversations with perfectly cool girls, but it doesn't mean that we had a connection or that you fit the vibe of my house. I don't mean that in a bad way. For example, you might be really into sports and want to play intramurals, but that isn't our priority as a chapter. We might click more with someone who expressed an interest in leadership positions or being in IUDM. Also, it's a numbers game. If a chapter is a strong recruiting chapter, they have to release more girls than a chapter that hasn't been a successful at recruitment.
