And THAT’S THE POINT. Tri Delta pledges were NO LONGER affiliated with ANY chapter. Tri Delta was GONE. So they partied as independents until some pledged elsewhere. Chi O pledges are just Chi Os because of a LOT of negotiations with IU and their Hdqtrs. They are under STRICT guidelines to keep it low key. So Honey...you’re arguing apples and oranges.
