This is likely something Nationals put in place for them. Forces them to look at girls who don't typically fit the APhi stereotype. Ever since that whole thing came out about their rush strategies they've been in damage control mode. Taking girls that are smarter and not just pretty lets them say they don't just recruit on looks.
