some girls slip through the cracks but usually decently attractive girls with nice personalities will always make it somewhere. The real problem is girls dropping out of recruitment completely when they don’t get the house they want and they’re not really “dropped” they just didn’t give other houses a chance. Another problem is that really attractive girls tend to favor the top houses so when they are at bottom houses those sisters assume that’s where the girl will end up. They don’t give a bid to that girl because they would rather give it to someone who they think would likely actually want them back aka it’s not “wasted”
