Delts maybe at one time but Wow Delta Chi top tier? Delta Chi has never been top tier at IU and to suggest otherwise either means you were delusional when you were here or you have no damn clue about Greek Life. They were never even close to on the same level with PiKapps, FIJI, SAMMY or even close to Lambda, Beta, Theta Chi, DU, or the Christian house for that matter. Maybe they were close to Evans Scholars. When they get to come back in about 5 years they will again be starting at the bottom where they left off and by then they can argue with TEP or AKL.
