The new agreement wasn’t signed! The new rules on it were unfair and even some nationals would not allow it to be signed. Due to this agreement that was assigned was a prior agreement! No one signed the new Greek agreement that required bartenders at all functions among other things. If you don’t see a licensed bartender in your house you didn't sign it either because per the agreement to have an approved function they would have had to provide proof of the company that was going to handle the liquor.
