I am going to go out on a limb and say that they will wait until recruitment is over at Ball State or Indiana State and bring some help down for an invite only event. I don't think they will try to take 100 women this fall, but they do need at least 40 more to not be completely over matched in January. Also, it may be harder than you think finding women who are totally going to be ok with NO social events what so ever for two years.
