You are hearing old news. Third Street Elite is no more. it referred to a time when Third Street had a stronger Kappa Kappa Gamma, a housed and strong Pike chapter, Pi Phi, Alpha Phi, Tri Delta, ATO, a stronger Acacia, and Fiji all on a few blocks of Third Street. Fiji lives on Woodlawn now. ATO and DDD are in the wind. Acacia is back but with nowhere near the prestige it used to have. Pike is unhoused now. And DphiE lives in the DDD house. I don't even think Alpha Phi is as good as it was in the past.
