Within each tier I'd say it's a matter of personal preference. Lots of cross rushing goes one and socials overlap within these tiers. It just depends on if you are "hot pretty" or "wholesome pretty". Some houses definitely go for more made up women whereas others go for a natural vibe. Same is true for the frats. Some houses tend to be more academic/involved houses vs. some go for more wealthy kids or guys from a certain area etc. Very little difference between the experience you will have between tiers.
