If you disregard the senior class who won't be living in or actually going to any parties since they are all 21, TPA is just about the same as Phi Mu and AGD. They are above SDT, ASA and DPhiE. They took a better pledge class last year than all 5 of those chapters. If you look at them with the seniors (the last of the really odd ones) and the price of the house, still stronger than SDT, ASA and DPhiE.
