Phi Sig - Phi sig is coming off a suspension, which makes everyone eager to party in their courtyard again. Depending on their sentence of course, but they will be stealing pairs from these "top tier" houses. They will do well but in a more careful way. I think they lost a spring pc because of the hazing allegation but will be fine regardless Acacia - this house has always been rising and what honestly hurts them is their location. Now they're getting bigger deck allegedly (more darties) and they are pairing really well. They've improved their PC's the last couple of years and are hilarious to be around Phi Psi - they have the best house on campus possibly. The guys are very genuine and nice guys and apparently have a pair with pi phi during welcome week??? rumors of course, but they will definitely rise to Sig Pi level if they throw good parties and pair well. There some good looking guys in this house too ;)
