There's a PDF report from IU if you search for "iu greek life suspended" with all the organisations being disciplined. For ChiO is says "Deferred Suspension effective May 1, 2019 through May 1, 2020" and "Extended Disciplinary Probation effective May 1, 2020 through May 7, 2021" So they haven't been shut down but they will probably be on strict probation and not allowed to recruit for a whileeeeee
