So basically this is how it’s gonna work 4 u. You can rush top tier upper tier houses but keep in mind that if you don’t know someone in the house you will most likely not get a bid, especially houses like ZBT and aepi where they tend to bid kids they know from their hometowns. For upper middle houses you could have a slight chance but once again if you don’t know someone you’d have to be a really well rounded dope kid to get into these houses. These houses mainly include acacia, sae, and even sigpi and sigep. For middle bottom tier houses you definitely have more of a chance, these are the houses I’d recommend and especially with your situation will be more nice to you. This is like du and theta chi even beta sig and alpha sig. As long as your a “normal” dude these guys would for sure take you. And if you don’t get a bid at any of these houses you could always try off campus frats, these frats will not take into consideration your year so they would be solid but the social life is definitely less than any of their other frats. The best off campus r probably pike Pilam chi phi and maybe akl. I wouldn’t really go to skulls lol or kdr. Good luck tho
