Yes, the checklist helps but based on history, staying allocated with IU means your chapter will get kicked off for four years every decade and a half. This means they lose at least half a years rent assuming they can release the house next year. This loss is far greater than anything recovered by checklist. Additionally, for the one or two deadbeats you have to deal with each year, the board can simply turn them over to the collection agency.
