Pairing with Sigma Chi is NOT fun, so who cares if they pair with ZTA. The only two upper tier frats with fun parties are Pi Kapps and ZBT. Just because ZTA pairs with those frats doesn't make them good. Seriously, guys are just as stubborn about tiers as girls are. I have guy friends in almost all of the upper and upper middle frats and they admit they don't like pairing with some of those so called upper houses, they wait till midnight when the party opens to go down and then they hang with the other girls who come.
