I read the article and I do have a couple of questions. Can anyone out there address these? 1.How can an adult man not know that recording a conversation without consent is not ethical? He did not record it, granted, but he did pass it along knowing it was unethical. I am not condoning IUSF behavior in any way, believe me. But two wrongs do not make a right. 2. IUSF, how can you pick and choose which "rules" you want to enforce? You should have allowed the rider to ride for DSP. It's your mistake, suck it up and then put the rule in the book for next year. 3. What is with the IDS not publishing the name of the first team the rider listed on her application? What are they teaching at the Media School? I do believe that the name of the team is relevant, could it be a team which is not as competitive as DSP? I think this is shoddy reporting by the IDS. 4. Who is responsible for the ultimate oversight of IUSF? Is there another means of appeal available?
