There's a new fraternity being formed called sigma sigma sigma. they bought the rights from the old sororities and decided to come to IU. they already got confirmed yeses from the old k sig pledges and lambda pledges. They put an offer for the lambda house and was told it was theirs. I fully expect them to start out at mid tier but quickly move up the ranks within the year to take the top house on campus.
