NO IU chapter INTENTIONALLY makes EVERY PNM believe she has a lock on a bid. NONE. The perception problem as to "locked-in" bids rests with pnms misunderstanding the intent of their hostesses. EVERY IU chapter makes their GUESTS feel WELCOME and APPRECIATED. Being good hostesses does not equal intentionally making every pnm believe she has a lock on a bid! In addition to top tier homes possibly overselling themselves (altho I do not believe that to be true) sometimes IU pnm women just heavily want to be a part of those top tier groups that have homes extra close to campus, and that have long long long IU histories.
