Those that are ranked above them should be doing everything they can to support these chapters. Someone will, sadly, always be considered bottom. If things get so bad for them that they fold, those nearest to the bottom become the new campus target. Everyone should be working to strengthen the entire system...not cheering for XOs troubles or making jokes about chapters that did not make quota.
