Most likely not. Nationals does not pull a chapter from recruitment if it’s not extremely serious. If the charter does not get pulled there will still be serious sanctions against the chapter by Nationals. The fact that Nationals took them out of the running for recruitment should tell you that even if the chapter survives, XO will not be recruiting until at least Fall 2019. Many times this type of thing is the nail in the coffin for a chapter. It depends on what happened whether nationals will pull the charter. All things considered, my guess is that the charter being pulled is more likely than not. I have heard of one case of a chapter coming back from this at a different school, and they were not allowed to recruit for a whole year as per their Nationals.
