Yes, it’s definite. Chi O Hdqtrs. shut down their rush cold. Something HAS to be up to result in this. I HOPE Panhellenic is meeting to help all the girls who had made choices to go back to Chi O, were legacies, etc. figure out a Pref. schedule that gives them choices. This is breathtaking...in a horrible way. Shades of Tri Delta!
