I can name two just as new houses that will be leaving alpha sig in bottom tier next year. You need to have the highest gpa and win intramurals every year or have a history, philanthropy, and a nojo mansion if you’re gonna rise so quickly. Decent pairs would help too. Maybe alpha sig can rise in a few years from now, but they don’t have the achievements/inheritance/involvment atm to recruit against the currently rising bottom tier houses
