The hardest sororities to get into with be based off tier just because they'll have the first pick of girls. However all houses that are top tier to upper middle tier will have their first pick up girls for the most part. This includes kappa, axo, dz, gphi, etc. That's because they all have different personalities and compete with each other to get the best girls. Keep in mind that a lot of girls also get placed in sororities due to their sister being a current member, their finances (seriously... you will never see a girl not wearing designer in pi phi its the truth) and their clout. But most well liked PNMs will be looking at top tier and upper middle based on the personality of the house
