The undisputed top 3 are Pi Phi, Chi O, and APhi in no particular order. Between the three of them they get almost all of the most sought after top PNMs and they heavily cross rush. You’ll find people above claiming one is clearly more exclusive than the others but in reality they’re all about equally as exclusive or hard to get into. They certainly have three very different reputations and personalities but as far as how hard they are to get into there’s no real difference that can be seen every single year.
