Great advice. The current system pushes people to join the wrong houses by encouraging them to pay attention to everything except what matters most. The tier system makes others feel rejected or not worthy enough to be paired with another. Our current system is NOT preparing us for real life. When we graduate we will all be joining organizations filled with an entire spectrum of people. I say we should focus on making our first baby step THIS YEAR and find the courage to embrace our differences by mixing up the pairs and pairing with others we aren't normally comfortable pairing with. "Random pair night" IMAGINE what we can all learn from it. Imagine being the catapult for other universities and how others will be proud of the IU Greek system (instead of all the recent bad press the Greek system suffers from). Let's do it and make ourselves and others proud!!! We all deserve it. #IUGreekUnity
