Forget their housing situation. The house is theirs for one more year, at least. Phi Psi but in an extension clause if the new chapter isn't large enough to sustain it. Phi Psi needs to be a minimum of 150 and maintain it for an entire school to make the payment on that house. Why do you think Sk has way over 200 women right now? To pay the bills. They pulled a stronger facier pledge class than ADPi, AGD, SDT, TPA even with that "housing situation up in the air". Pledge class is on par with AOII, KD, and Phi Mu. Between my rho gam group and girls in my dorm, I saw a lot of new members and honestly thought most chapters had pretty decent groups. Only a couple of groups I can think of struggled.
