I think a lot of these type posts also come from IU sisters who are trying to be "Panhellenic" but they honestly are going about it the wrong way. It's well and good to say "tiers don't matter! Sisterhood is most important!" if you always get great pairs and your pick PNMs. I was in a chapter that struggled and the last thing we wanted was "anything is better than being GDI" people. They brought the whole sorority down.
