The organisations you mention are all strong nationally. Did Afro delt National keep the house on east 3rd? If so, they will be well-positioned to come back. Sororities (and fraternities) must respond to whenever the university will look for new chapters. Depends on rush numbers- many houses added the last 10 years to respond to very low % from rush sign-up to actually getting a bid. Those numbers are much stronger now thanks to having more chapters on campus and the seniors-can-live-out policies.
