The university isn’t selling any more land for Greek organizations to build on, so if they did, they’d have to be unhoused. It’s the same reason why one of the sororities is going back to being unhoused in the near future. Not to mention, Tri Delt nationals has been having so many problems with other chapters outside of IU that I highly doubt they’ll be coming back anytime too soon. Of course, it’s possible that if the culture changes and Tri Delt’s reputation doesn’t follow them, we’ll be back to 23. But until that change happens we definitely won’t have all 26.
