PSS and AST have never had a presence at IU. SSS did briefly. I think it was SSS that had the option, was chosen to colonize, and backed out. I believe PSS has also rejected any opportunity due to the housing situation and a lack of interest in inevesting a ton and failing. These groups have smaller national presences and no money to waste on a potentially failed colonization. I'm surprised TPA moved forward, especially with how many colonies they've had to close recently due to lack of interest. Unless IU can guarantee housing, I can't see PSS or AST playing ball.
