Tri Delt most certainly will be back! The location of their hose guarantees it! If Tri Delt had no plans to come back, their national would have sold the house to the university and not lease it for a few years. They would have made more money and IU would have snapped it up in a minute. That was proven with the deal IU made for the old FIJI property across the street! No one knows what the lease agreement made with DphiE. If I were to guess it's a 4 year deal. That allows all current members to have graduated, giving Tri Delt a new start. Remember, they were not kicked off by the university. Who knows, their national could reinstate the charter allowing them back even earlier! In the long end, this is a temporary house for DphiE. So PNM 's it's not about the structure, but the women inside that make a sorority.
