Chill out DPhiE! You aren't going to move up any time soon. SK is still a lower tier house even though they are in Phi Psi. But really, Phi Psi will be back next year and where is SK going to go? Same with DphiE when Tri Delt comes back. Back to being unhoused. With that bring said, there are houses for every girl. A DphiE girl is not the same type girl as A top or mid tier house. That's not bad or good...just glad there are different houses for different types of girls. Here's to everyone having a great recruitment!
