Something that gets lost is that recruitment is about finding your HOME—not your social equals, not your status associates—but the group of women who you feel comfortable with, laugh with, cry with, work with—and who will be in your circle for the rest of your life. Don’t read this crap, don’t be influenced by friends...go away by yourself and be HONEST with your evaluations, your needs and impressions.
